Terms & Conditions
- All bookings are provisional until confirmed with a deposit of £5.00 per person. On payment of the deposit, numbers to be finalised. The balance of payment for the finalised numbers to be paid on the day/night of the event.
- Only children over the age of 12 years are catered for.
- The restaurant is fully licensed and therefore under no circumstances are guests permitted to bring in their own drinks.
- XE’s policy is for all food to be consumed on the premises. XE does not accept any responsibility for food taken from and consumed off the premises.
- Smoking is no longer permitted in the restaurant
- XE has its own music policy. For exclusive bookings only, guests are permitted to bring in their own music subject to prior arrangement.
- The maximum duration of an event is 3 hours unless bar facilities are being used then this will be at the discretion of management.
Exclusive Bookings
- The restaurant can be booked exclusively.
- Set menus are available starting from £14.00 per person.
